Pretty straight forward, but there was one part I didn't understand that I'll mention in this review. The top has light images of skulls, pumpkins, and candy and is completed with a cute, chunky bat shaped window!Īs I was opening it I noticed UC's instructions for setting her up. Its way more impressive than the HGDE's boxes. The top is surprisingly cute as well! I'll say this, no detail was missed when they thought of the packaging. The illustration the figure was based off of!Ī couple more photos of the prototype and a silhouette of a grave yard. I guess if I had a real issue with the front its that the window doesn't really show off Miku a lot unless you're up close.Ī giant view of the prototype and on the right side. The text is also in that stereotypical Halloween text! It brought back some nostalgia because its the same font used for the Scary Godmother movies.
The orange moon and clouds are such a cute touch! Perfect for Halloween. The front of the box is super cute! ♥ I love that it has a silhouette of your typical Halloween mansion, pumpkins, and bats. I also love that there wasn't any wasted space like some companies like to do. So getting this normal looking figure box was a surprise! I'll say this that putting it away was super easy since it was small and compact. Like I mentioned before I own a few UC figures and they usually come in chunky boxes since they're the HDGE line. It just fits with the theme of the figure so well and adds even more charm to the overall design. This keychain was so cute that I decided to order on UC's EN site. hahaĪnd before I babble anymore, now we'll really get to the review!Īll orders through Union Creative's JP or EN site had a special preorder bonus! Every order got an adorable acrylic keychain of Hidari's illustration the figure was based off of. I do wish that the other Vocaloids got as much attention as Miku, but hey! Miku is still cute in her own way, I just have to be careful with her so I don't drown in Miku figures. Personally, I've been very happy with the three I own and have found little to no issues over the time I've owned them.Īs for the character herself, I'm not a huge Miku fan and Miku figures are not rare or uncommon. I did own Glen at one point but ended up selling him because I found him lacking compared to my Psycho-Pass ones.
